To co-ordinate with clients and other contractor safety personnel for creating a safe and conducive environment on site

  •  Conducting weekly toolbox talk and reporting all near-miss, incidents.
  • Take responsible care of own health and safety and that other in the workplace.
  • Maintain site safety awareness through effective education and training programs.
  • Identifying unsafe condition and immediate rectification of the same.
  • Preparing Risk Assessment (Dropped object, Manual handling, etc.)
  • Checking the safe workplace and equipment before starting the work.
  • Inspection of lifting activity and checking scaffoldings erection and dismantling.
  • Permit review.
  • Inspection of all checklist, logbook, colour coding, PPE, Housekeeping, Hand tools, power tools, etc.
  • Inspect fire-fighting equipment and harness.
  • Compliance at the site is mention in the permit.
  • Checking workplace such as barricade, signage, clear access, adequate lighting, proper ventilation,100% tie-off, roping, and bunting, cable management, environmental facilities, and welfare
  • Immediately rectify observation - unsafe act, unsafe condition and behaviour

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports to the management.
  • Active team player.
  • Maintaining all the required documents.

  • Participate in weekly walk-through with the client.
  • To manage and carry out all the work associated with the construction/maintenance/shutdown project unit its completion with ZERO target recordable injuries or lost workday cases.

  • To  identify the recognized hazards act, condition, behaviour and violation,
  • Identify the areas of high risk based on risk assessment.
  • Ensure that personnel are provided with proper information, instruction, training, and supervision.
